I chose this restaurant for my partner's birthday and she was delighted. Don't be scared by using freshwater fish! We assure you that every bite will be like a sweet homecoming, but with that something extra that you will never find anywhere else!
Impeccable service and award-winning wine pairing. A reality that is worth trying always and in any case. Congratulations to all the staff. We will definitely be back.
In recent years, I have been to them at least 3 times and I assure you that the quality is always very high, as are the new products, which are never lacking. I recommend the tasting menu, a nice journey and the right balance between "new" and "historic" dishes from the chefs. They may have recently lost a star, but only on paper and in my humble opinion, it won't take long to return!
P.S. If weather permits, take a seat outside on the wooden deck. You will appreciate everything even more.

La trota may have lost one of its two Michelin stars but it remains one of the best restaurants in Italy. More and more surprising creations in the kitchen with respect and exaltation of the raw material. From the grilled salad to lentil pasta with a small amount of eel vegetable broth, to the roasted kiwi and artichoke egg, everything is magnificently balanced and never excessive. The wine list is truly beautiful (even if on iPad) with extraordinary quality and fair mark-ups. Well done.
